MENU PORTUGUÊS:

1- KRIEK LAMBIC: Cerveja frutada com cerejas em uma base de fermentação mista em barril de carvalho por 24 meses.  ABV 4,8% IBU 15

2- NAFIPA: Not Another Fucking IPA. Levemente amarga. Lúpulos Citra, Mosaic e Simcoe. Balanço entre maltes e lúpulos. ABV 5,3% IBU 48

3- ENGLISH IPACerveja amarga e herbal, com lúpulo Nobre East Kent Golding. Tradicional estilo inglês Burton on Trent.  ABV 5,3%  IBU 48

4- CCC APA: American Pale Ale com lúpulos Chinooc, Cascade e Columbus. ABV 5.5%  IBU 48

5- MEXICAN CHOCOLATE IMPERIAL STOUT: Escura, cremosa, levemente adocicada, encorpada e extremamente maltada. Adição de pepitas de cacau, um toque de canela e picante. ABV 8,1%

6- KOLSCH:  Cerveja  Leve. Levemente adocicada estilo alema. ABV 4 6%  IBU

7- AMERICAN WHEAT: Cerveja de trigo. Leve, levemente adocicada, brilhante e clara. 4,7% IBU 29

8- PEACH GOSE: Ácida, Levemente salgada. Envelhecida em barris de carvalho. Lactobacillus, brettanomyces claussenii e saccharomyces.  ABV 4,7% IBU 8

9- CHERRY SOUR : Cerveja ácida com  o sabor frutado das cerejas.  Fermentada com leveduras Lactobacillus, Brettanomyces e Saccharomyces. Envelhecida em Barril de Carvalho. ABV 4,7%

10-WEST COAST IPAAmerican West Coast India Pale Ale com o lúpulo Equinox, amarga e forte em maltes. Encorpada e levemente escura. ABV 6,4% IBU 50

11- CZECH AMBER LAGER: Lager levemente seca, doçura equilibrada devido aos maltes.  Uma cerveja leve, de cor vermelha/âmbar. ABV 5,0% IBU 30

12- BLOODY MARY SOUR: Sour envelhecida em barril de carvlho com Lactobacillus, Brettanomycese Saccharomyces. Adição de tomates secos, aipo e orégãos. Levemente salgada, picante e ácida. ABV 4,7% IBU 8

1- KRIEK LAMBIC: Fruity beer made with cherries. Mixed wild fermentation aged for 24 months in oak barrel.  ABV 4,8% IBU 15

2- NAFIPA: Not Another Fucking IPA. Slightly bitter. Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe hops. Balance between malts and hops. ABV 5.3% IBU 48

3- ENGLISH IPA: Bitter and herbal beer, with Nobre East Kent Golding hops. Traditional English style Burton on Trent. ABV 5.3% IBU 48

 4- CCC APA: American Pale Ale with hops Chinooc, Cascade and Columbus. ABV 5.5%  IBU 48

5- MEXICAN CHOCOLATE IMPERIAL STOUT: Dark colour, bodied, malted, with cocoa nibs, cinnamom and  morrita Chili.  ABV 8.1%

6- KOLSCH:  Light and slightly sweet. German style  ABV 4.6% 

7- AMERICAN WHEAT: Wheat beer. Light, sweet. Bright and clear. 4.7%

8- PEACH GOSE: Sour beer with peaches. Slightly salty. Fermented with Lactobacillus, brettanomyces claussenii and saccharomyces. ABV 4,7%  IBU 8

9- CHERRY SOUR: Acid (sour) beer with fruitness from the cherries.  Fermented with Lactobacillus and Saccharomyces. Barrel aged. ABV 4,7%

10- WEST COAST IPA: American West Coast India Pale Ale with Equinox hops, bitter and strong in malts. Full-bodied and slightly dark. ABV 6.4% IBU 50

11- CZECH AMBER LAGER: Lafer Slightly dry, balanced sweetness due to red malts. A light beer, red/amber in color. ABV 5.0% IBU 30

12- BLOODY MARY SOUR: Sour aged in oak barrels with Lactobacillus, Brettanomyces and Saccharomyces. Addition of sun-dried tomatoes, celery and oregano. Slightly salty, chilli and acidic. ABV 4.7% IBU 8
